The business and trust tax return deadline is September 15, 2021, including forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041. There are no additional extensions. To ensure completion before the deadline, it is imperative that we have your information in our office no later than September 1st. Penalties and interest may be incurred if forms are not filed on time.
